Mental ability & chocolates

Good news for all chocolate lovers, nibbling your favorite chocolate bar can actually increase your mental ability and reduce Alzheimer’s risk, say researchers from the University of L’Aquila, Italy. As per the finding, the cocoa flavonols found in chocolate were linked with the improved memory and enhanced mental agility of the eighty elderly patients under clinical trial with mental decline function.

Of course there are other perhaps more effective but admittedly less tasty ways to enhance cognition, elevate mood and energy such as by taking nootropic drugs like Deprenyl.
