IAS donates $10,000 to Aubrey Dr Grey’s SENS Foundation

IAS News 15 May 2012 | 2 Comments

We are delighted to announce that the $10,000 donation has been made to Dr. Aubrey de Grey’s foundation – SENS (Strategies for Engineered Negligible Senescence). International Antiaging Systems (IAS) pledged $10,000 to Dr. Aubrey de Grey’s SENS Research Foundation in February 2012.

Dr. de Grey commented on IAS’ donation;

“IAS has shown great vision and leadership, as an organisation focused mainly on the provision of contemporary medical interventions against aging, in also supporting the SENS Foundation’s efforts to hasten the development of much more powerful future interventions.”

In reply the VP of IAS, Phil Micans stated;

“We believe it is important to pursue research into aging and to ensure that we all have a bright and rosy future free of the diseases and disorders of ‘old age’. Professionals like Aubrey and his organisation are ensuring that the spotlight on this universal problem remains bright so that vital research continues. We are delighted to be supporting SENS and I believe it shows where IAS’ beliefs lie- in that we are both supporting the research as well as helping people get access to the technologies.”
