Sleep Disorders and dependence on synthetic sleep aides on the Rise

Although it’s no surprise that our modern 24 hour lifestyles plus recession, rising stress, junk food diets and light pollution to name but a few are causing disruption to our sleeping patterns and many more of us are suffering from insomnia. It was with deep frustration that we read that the National Health Service in the UK is now spending nearly £50 million a year on synthetic sleeping pills.

Why won’t our health services use natural products such as the world’s foremost Melatonin expert Walter Pierpaolis Melaton Zn Se (MZS) for example.
